Orisha strengthens its Executive Committee with two strategic appointments

Orisha, a European group specializing in industry-specific software publishing, announces the appointment of Alexandra Durand-Escribe as CEO of Orisha Agrifood and Raphaël Giraud as Group Chief Operating Officer. These two appointments to the Executive Committee—the fourth and fifth since Alexandre Fretti became CEO of Orisha in June 2025—mark a new step in strengthening the group’s governance structure to support its European growth.

Alexandra Durand-Escribe appointed Head of Orisha Agrifood

Alexandra Durand-Escribe, 38, has been appointed CEO of Orisha Agrifood, succeeding Didier Neyrat, the current CEO of the Business Unit.

An experienced leader of B2B technology scale-ups and SMEs, Alexandra Durand-Escribe brings more than twelve years of executive leadership experience in SaaS environments undergoing transformation or experiencing rapid growth, with expertise in post-founder structuring, turnaround strategies, and operational transformation.

CEO of Movinmotion since 2020—a company combining a SaaS platform with expert HR and accounting services for the cultural industry—she has driven strong hypergrowth, tripling revenue in three years while restoring profitability and structuring the organization. She previously led Socialshaker, a SaaS marketing solution later acquired by a major French media-tech group, following a restructuring and a significant improvement in its financial performance. A graduate of Sciences Po Lyon and emlyon business school, she is recognized for her expertise in strategic transformation, M&A, and organizational excellence.

Alexandra Escribe, CEO of Orisha Agrifood, states:
“Orisha Agrifood now holds a unique position in Europe, combining deep industry expertise with strong technological capabilities. My ambition is to accelerate the integration of expertise, strengthen product innovation, and sustainably support the digital transformation of agricultural and agri-food sectors.”

Orisha Agrifood: a strategic business unit undergoing strong structuring

The Orisha Agrifood Business Unit was created in 2024 following the acquisition of the Gaïana Group, a leading French software publisher for the wine & spirits, horticulture, and agriculture sectors, marking Orisha’s entry into the agrifood market. A few months later, Orisha acquired the Spanish software publisher Gregal, expanding its functional offering and strengthening the group’s presence on the Iberian Peninsula, thereby reinforcing its European leadership strategy.

Today, Orisha Agrifood represents a technology platform covering a large part of the value chain, from production to distribution. The Business Unit targets €50 million in revenue by 2026 and employs 350 people.

Raphaël Giraud appointed Group COO to structure operational excellence

Orisha also announces the appointment of Raphaël Giraud (45) as Group Chief Operating Officer to support the group’s expansion in a context of strong growth and ongoing integration.

With more than twenty years of experience in strategy consulting and operational leadership, he notably led the software division of Groupe Open with full P&L responsibility before joining the Boston Consulting Group, where he supported major transformation programs for international technology and industrial groups.

At Orisha, he will oversee the structuring of a unified operating model, including process rationalization, post-merger integration, internal applications, and support functions, in order to sustainably support the group’s European growth.

Raphaël Giraud, Chief Operating Officer of Orisha, adds:
“I am delighted to join Orisha at a key moment in its development. My ambition is to contribute to building a unified operating model capable of sustainably supporting the group’s growth while placing customer experience and team engagement at the heart of our priorities.”

Strengthened governance to support Orisha’s European ambition

With these appointments, Orisha continues the progressive structuring of its Executive Committee to support its scaling ambitions and reinforce its goal of becoming a European leader in industry-specific software.

After reaching €350 million in revenue in 2025, the group continues on a strong growth trajectory, targeting €600 million by 2030, driven by the international expansion of its sector expertise and an active acquisition strategy.

Alexandre Fretti, CEO of Orisha, concludes:

“The appointment of Alexandra Escribe will accelerate the strategic development of Orisha Agrifood by further structuring the business unit and strengthening our ability to support the digital transformation of agricultural and agri-food sectors at the European level. The arrival of Raphaël Giraud represents a key step in consolidating our operating model, harmonizing our practices, and sustainably supporting the group’s growth in a context of expansion and continuous integration of new expertise. These developments fully reflect our ambition to build a European leader in industry-specific software, combining sector specialization with operational excellence.”
