François Guyeux joins Orisha’s Executive Committee as Chief People & Culture Officer

François Guyeux joins Orisha’s Executive Committee as Chief People & Culture Officer, succeeding Sylvie Lévénès, who has supported the group’s transformation since 2019.

Orisha, a leading European vertical software publisher serving the retail, real estate, healthcare, construction, and agrifood sectors, announces the appointment of François Guyeux as Chief People & Culture Officer. He joins the company’s Executive Committee and reports directly to Alexandre Fretti, CEO of Orisha.

He succeeds Sylvie Lévénès, who joined in 2019, prior to the rebranding of DL Software as Orisha. Over the past six years, Sylvie has guided the group through a major scale-up phase marked by sustained organic growth and an active acquisition strategy, during which Orisha’s workforce grew fivefold across France and Europe.

To support this momentum, and under her leadership, the group underwent a deep transformation: implementation of a business-unit organization, strengthening of support functions, and deployment of a robust HR information system.

Beyond the numbers, Sylvie has played a key role in shaping a strong managerial culture rooted in proximity, engagement, and sustainable performance — providing Orisha with a solid foundation to write the next chapter of its story.

Alexandre Fretti, CEO of Orisha, comments:

“Over six years, Sylvie has been instrumental in shaping today’s Orisha — a people-centered, resilient organization capable of sustaining strong growth. Her leadership and vision have helped embed a fundamental belief: that lasting success relies above all on the women and men who make up the group.”

François Guyeux now takes over with the mission to continue and strengthen this human and cultural momentum in support of sustainable growth.

Based in Paris, he brings over 20 years of experience from leading technology companies such as SAP, Adobe, eFront, and Rimes, where he successfully led organizational and cultural transformations in high-growth, private-equity-backed international environments.

Recognized for his ability to align HR strategy with business performance, François will leverage his expertise in change management, employee engagement, and leadership development to reinforce the group’s cohesion and agility. His roadmap: support Orisha’s expansion across Europe while strengthening a shared culture rooted in responsibility, excellence, and collective innovation.

A graduate of Sciences Po and the University of Lyon, François is committed to building collaborative cultures where talent can thrive, express their full potential, and actively contribute to organizational transformation.

Alexandre Fretti, CEO or Orisha adds:

“François brings to Orisha a business-driven and international perspective on the HR function. His experience in rapidly transforming environments and his deeply human approach will be key assets in supporting the group’s next phase of growth.”

François Guyeux, Chief People & Culture Officer, announces :

“I am honored to join Orisha, a company that is both ambitious and authentic. My goal is to position the HR function as a strategic driver of growth, value creation, and engagement — serving both our teams and the company’s mission.”
