A French house that became a global benchmark
Founded in 1845, Groupe Fremaux Delorme has established itself over the decades as an international benchmark in premium home linen. The alliance of the Fremaux house with Yves Delorme gave rise to an industrial group and retailer.
Present in more than 70 countries, the Group today develops its own brands as well as prestigious licences (Ralph Lauren, Kenzo, Lacoste). This international network calls for precise management of data and local specificities.
The challenges
Running a multi-model international network
Managing an international multi-banner network is a major operational challenge. Groupe Fremaux Delorme needed to rely on a system capable of supporting the diversity of its distribution networks.
Before Fastmag, the systems in use had become obsolete. In France, the management software ran independently on each in-store workstation and sent the day's data to a central system.
This fragmented architecture made it difficult to unify data and limited the Group's ability to steer its international network effectively.
The solution
An integrated, scalable SaaS platform
A Fastmag customer since 2008, Groupe Fremaux Delorme rolled out the solution over two years across 7 countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and the United States.
This international project meant overcoming several challenges, notably bringing the various distribution networks into synergy and accounting for local specificities, particularly in the United States with the management of Sales Tax. As part of this, the teams were supported by a Fastmag trainer during the implementation phase, before training their own teams internally.
Thanks to its web-based SaaS architecture, the Fastmag solution allows regular updates, continuous scalability and interoperability with third-party solutions via API. From 2016, an in-store range-extension solution, based on the e-commerce site, was introduced. This evolution continued in 2022 with the roll-out of ship-from-store, making better use of the network's stock.
Fastmag adapts to local standards and has allowed us to expand into the United States, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Scandinavia in particular.

The results
Unified management driving agile international growth
Through the Fastmag solution, the Group now has centralised control over more than 250 points of sale. The platform makes it possible to manage several distribution models within a single system, while maintaining a global view of operations.
In 2022, unifying the Fastmag databases marked an important milestone. This consolidation streamlined back-office management and simplified the overall steering of the network.
The Fastmag solution has also developed a replenishment management module, allowing the depth and breadth of stock to be finely adjusted across the various points of sale.
"Over the years, we've grown together. From a modest first approach, the Fastmag solution has established itself as a reference software in our business."
Today, the Orisha Commerce teams continue to support the Group in its projects and evolutions, staying attuned to its needs and business specificities.
