Our CSR approach

A group that combines growth and responsibility

As a European B2B software vendor, we have a responsibility to better understand, measure and manage the impacts of our activities. We also have the opportunity to support our clients with solutions that contribute to more efficient and more sustainable management of their businesses.

This approach is built for the long term. It rests on concrete commitments, structured governance and a drive for continuous improvement.

Our approach

From ambition to action.

Our CSR approach is built over the long term. It draws on concrete objectives, collaborative governance and a logic of continuous improvement, in order to embed environmental, social and ethical issues sustainably across all our activities.

It fits naturally within our corporate culture, which fosters a sense of responsibility, collaboration and collective commitment.

Our GHG assessments cover Scopes 1, 2 and 3. They allow us to identify our main levers for action, steer our emissions reduction trajectory and track our progress over time.

Our network of CSR ambassadors is gradually being rolled out across the Group. It helps share best practices, encourage local initiatives and bring our approach to life close to the teams.

Orisha for Good is the Group's societal commitment programme. It allows each employee to dedicate up to two days a year, during working time, to community projects, thereby contributing to public-interest initiatives in the areas where we operate.

Our pillars

Four commitments for responsible growth.

Our CSR approach is built around four complementary pillars. Each is driven by concrete commitments, measurable actions and continuous improvement.

Social & Human

We make skills development, diversity, inclusion and well-being the pillars of our HR policy, in order to create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute lastingly to collective success.

Environment

We regularly measure our greenhouse gas emissions in order to identify our main sources of emissions and our levers for action. This approach is accompanied by measures aimed at gradually reducing the environmental impact of our activities.

Ethics & Governance

We strengthen our governance through a Code of Conduct, shared policies, a responsible procurement approach and a culture of compliance.

Responsible digital

We develop leaner digital infrastructures by optimising our architectures, our cloud resources and the management of our data. This approach is part of a logic of shared responsibility with our cloud providers, in order to reconcile performance, security and environmental impact.

Environmental focus

Clear priorities. Concrete actions.

Our environmental approach is built around seven priority workstreams, with progressive objectives and monitoring indicators. They structure our action and help gradually reduce the environmental impacts of our activities.

01

Greenhouse gas emissions

Climate change is one of the most material environmental issues for our business. We measure our greenhouse gas emissions in order to identify our main sources of impact, steer our environmental performance and gradually roll out reduction measures.

  • GHG assessments covering scopes 1, 2 and 3
  • Monitoring of the main sources of emissions and associated action plans
  • Gradual construction of an emissions reduction trajectory

02

Workspaces & energy performance

Our workspaces are a concrete lever for action. We improve the energy performance of our offices, reduce their energy consumption and integrate environmental criteria into our real estate decisions.

  • Optimising the use of our workspaces
  • Monitoring and improving the energy performance of our offices
  • Integrating environmental criteria into our real estate decisions

03

Digital infrastructures & cloud

As a SaaS software vendor, Orisha pays particular attention to the environmental efficiency of its digital infrastructures. Our approach rests on shared responsibility between the cloud providers and Orisha, which acts on its choices of architecture, hosting and data management.

  • Leading cloud providers
  • Architectures suited to real needs
  • Optimising resources and data management

04

Sustainable mobility

Commuting and business travel are among the Group's main sources of emissions. Our mobility policy first aims to make sure travel is necessary, then to favour, wherever possible, the lowest-emission mobility solutions.

  • Remote collaboration tools and travel optimisation
  • Travel policy favouring the lowest-emission mobility options
  • Vehicle fleet transition and rollout of charging infrastructure

05

Resources, waste & equipment

Orisha's activities mainly generate waste linked to office life and the renewal of IT equipment. We are structuring a common approach in order to improve the management of resources, waste and equipment across the Group.

  • Reducing waste at source and using resources responsibly
  • Traceability, sorting and recovery of the main waste streams
  • Developing reuse, refurbishment and recycling channels for IT equipment

06

Responsible procurement & value chain

A significant share of our environmental impacts is linked to our procurement and our value chain. We integrate environmental criteria into our procurement processes and develop a continuous improvement approach with our suppliers.

  • Using products, equipment and services with more favourable environmental characteristics
  • Assessing and monitoring strategic suppliers against ESG criteria

07

Awareness & commitment

Developing a shared environmental culture is an essential lever of our approach. We raise awareness among our employees and support them in order to bring about lasting change in individual and collective practices.

  • Educational resources and training paths via Orisha Learning
  • Annual awareness initiatives, in particular for World Environment Day
  • Employee engagement through Orisha for Good and our network of CSR ambassadors

Governance & steering

An organisation serving our commitments.

Orisha's CSR approach is coordinated at Group level by the Group CSR Manager, in close cooperation with the Business Units and the company's main functions. Its rollout is regularly monitored by the Executive Committee.

Group-level steering

The Group CSR Manager coordinates the approach, consolidates the indicators, steers the action plans and supports its rollout across the Group.

A network of CSR ambassadors

A network of CSR ambassadors is gradually being set up to relay the approach, share best practices and support its rollout close to the teams.

The Executive Committee

Progress on the CSR approach is presented to the Group Executive Committee to ensure strategic steering and the monitoring of priorities.

Outlook

An approach built for the long term.

This page presents the main pillars of our CSR approach to date. It will be enriched gradually with the publication of our Group policies, our monitoring indicators and the results of our actions, as they are rolled out.
