As soon as these incidents were identified, we immediately implemented the necessary measures to limit their impact. The affected systems identified to date have been isolated, and remediation operations were initiated without delay. The required notifications have been made, and a complaint has been filed with the relevant authorities. An investigation is currently being conducted by our internal experts to establish a comprehensive assessment of the situation.
Customers who may be affected by a potential exposure of contact data are being informed individually and supported with the appropriate next steps. A dedicated telephone hotline and email address have also been set up to respond to any requests for additional information. We encourage all our customers to remain particularly vigilant over the coming weeks.
