Paris, September 24, 2026 Orisha, a European vertical software publisher, announces the opening of a new Tech Center in Tunis. This expansion is designed to strengthen the group's development capabilities, accelerate product evolution, and support the integration of artificial intelligence into its solutions.
Designed as a direct extension of Orisha's Product & Tech teams, the Tech Center will work in close collaboration with the group's various business units. Its employees will focus on key areas such as software engineering, architectural modernization, product development, and accelerating AI integration.
The choice of Tunisia is based on the quality of its pool of tech talent, the strength of its engineering education, and its geographical and time-zone proximity to Orisha's main European markets. Around twenty employees are already working on-site on R&D activities. The group plans to actively continue its recruitment efforts to reach 70 tech professionals in Tunis by the end of 2026 and up to 300 by 2028.

A leadership team to support the Tech Center's development
To lead this new phase, Orisha announces the appointment of Yassine Haloui as General Manager Tunisia. With over 25 years of experience managing technology centers and international organizations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, he will be responsible for overseeing the Tech Center's growth and coordinating its development with the needs of the various business units.
He will work alongside Malek Kazdaghli, who has been appointed VP Engineering Tunisia. Formerly an engineering director at a technology subsidiary of the Orange Group, Malek Kazdaghli has led organizations of over 100 engineers. He will be responsible for structuring the engineering teams, fostering a shared technological culture, and ensuring the center's quality standards.

With this expansion, Orisha reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its European technology organization and building the capacity needed to sustainably support its growth toward a target of 600 million euros in revenue by 2028.
