March 8: Orisha celebrates International Women's Rights Day
Orisha officially launches its Women @ Orisha program, designed to bring together a range of initiatives to highlight and increase the role of women within the group and in Tech in general.
At Orisha, we're proud that 36% of our employees are women, and we want to accelerate this trend towards greater parity.
The first initiative of the Women @ Orisha program is the Group's participation in Microsoft's Women Role Models. The aim of this Microsoft initiative is to select 4 ambassadors each year to promote and encourage women to take up careers in Tech and the Digital world.
